Crochet Crafts List Guidelines 1.) NO COPYRIGHT PATTERNS on the mailing list unless they are your own designs (i.e., you created the pattern) 2.) NO "FLAMING" (rude or offending e-mails). Please do not post these types of messages. 3.) NO chain letter's on this list or files or file attachments! Please do not post these types of messages. Not everyone uses the same e-mail program to read their e-mail and this can cause problems with memory or how the messages are retrieved and displayed by other e-mail programs. Also, this can cause problems with the digest format of Crochet Crafts mailing list and it makes for longer downloads. 4.) NO virus warnings which you received in an e-mail sent to you by someone else (i.e., these are usually forwarded messages). Please do not post these types of messages to the CrochetCrafts mailing list. Most of the time these are virus hoaxes. To find out more about virus hoaxes, try looking at these two excellent sites for information: Norton Anti-Virus' virus hoax website OR McAfee's Virus Hoax website 5.) NO cross posting - From on list to another (do not put multiple e-mail addresses in the "To:" field of your e-mail program.) Instead, send separate messages to the different recipients/lists you are posting to. 6.) Topics - please if it is off topic add "OT" to your subject line. This way if members don't want to read a particular message, they can delete off topic subjects. 7.) Topics - please do not post topics/messages which are "off-color" or posts which would possibly be offensive to others. Please keep posts which are not appropriate for children to see, off the list as well. There are plenty of 'young ones' reading over their moms/dads shoulders on the CrochetCrafts mailing list. 8.) NO advertisements on the list. There will be a website added to do your advertising if you would like to. 9.)
